❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in a Little Zoo Garden booking?
Every booking includes guaranteed animal feed baskets (BOOKING ONLY — walk-ins may miss out), priority entry to skip the queue, a welcome drink, a fresh-baked cookie, and unlimited time inside the zoo. The feed basket is the highlight — it lets you hand-feed capybaras, otters, prairie dogs, and other animals. This is exclusively reserved for guests who book in advance and is not available for walk-in visitors.
How much does Little Zoo Garden cost?
Adult tickets (above 120cm) are ฿450 and child tickets (under 120cm) are ฿350. Infants under 80cm enter free. Each ticket includes a welcome drink, cookie, animal feed basket (booking only), and unlimited time. Prices include all taxes.
Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
While walk-ins are accepted subject to availability, we strongly recommend booking in advance. Pre-booked guests receive guaranteed entry, priority admission (skip the queue), and a guaranteed animal feed basket. Walk-in visitors may need to wait and may miss out on feed baskets if they've run out for the day.
What animals can I see at Little Zoo Garden?
Little Zoo Garden is home to capybaras, otters, prairie dogs, raccoons, hedgehogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and various exotic birds. You can pet and feed most animals with the included feed basket. The capybaras are our stars — they love cuddles and belly rubs!
What are Little Zoo Garden's opening hours?
Little Zoo Garden is open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM). We operate 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays. Weekends tend to fill up faster, so advance booking is especially recommended for Saturday and Sunday visits.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes! Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your visit. You can also reschedule to a different date or time slot, subject to availability. Contact us via email or phone to make changes.
Is Little Zoo Garden suitable for children?
Absolutely! Little Zoo Garden is family-friendly and one of the best things to do in Bangkok with kids. Children under 80cm enter free. All animals are gentle and accustomed to interaction. Staff are always present to guide safe animal interactions. Children especially love feeding the capybaras and petting the rabbits.
